織品設計在生物醫學領域運用

Speech Abstract:The integration of biomedical engineering for “health monitoring, disease prevention and management, and rehabilitation” has attracted the attention of both the textile industry and the healthcare sector. Life-saving medical equipment is advancing quickly in bioengineering. Biomedical apparel and functional textiles, such as smart textiles, can covertly track the wearer’s temperature, breathing, heart rate, and other vital signs while warning them or their doctor if something is wrong. Smart textiles, also known as electronic textiles, e-textiles, smart clothing, and fabrics, contain an incorporated digital component. It could be a sensor, an LED, a chip of electronics, or a battery. Through a variety of techniques, the technology is woven into the fabric. The wearer’s health data is acquired and transmitted from the digital components and then received by the digital device, such as a smartphone or PC. This technology allows for smart textiles to be used to monitor and treat people with illnesses. Future textiles may also incorporate the use of smart textiles for many purposes to increase the quality of life
